Samuel Estates among local businesses up for awards

Samuel Estates is on the shortlist (in the Best Small Business Category) for the prestigious RBS South London Business Awards 2009. This is an annual competition to showcase and reward businesses across the 12 boroughs south of the Thames. One of the 11 winners will also be crowned Business of Year. Winners will be announced at a showcase ‘Oscar’ ceremony on May 20 in a lavish marquee on the pitch at Selhurst Park, home of Crystal Palace Football Club.

Local business - first property management company to win Enterprising Business Award

Samuel Estates, the Colliers Wood-based lettings, sales and property management company, has won a 2008 WestFocus Enterprising Business Award (EBA). The awards recognise entrepreneurs who are keen to expand and add value to their businesses. Samuel Estates is the first property management company to win this award.
