Red Letter Day Special Promotion

The Red Letter Day £100 promotional gift voucher is available to all new properties placed with Samuel Estates during the promotional period. The promotion does not include properties already let by Samuel Estates that are up for re-let. The promotion will run from 01 August 2008 30 June 2009 but may be extended or cancelled without prior notice.

Samuel Estates accepts no liability for any injuries, accidents or any general liability incurred whilst enjoying a Red Letter day experience. Samuel Estates recommends you take out suitable insurance against such events.­

The Landlord agrees that the new property is placed solely with Samuel Estates for letting and no other agent is instructed.

The gift voucher is one £100 voucher per new property. All Red Letter days gift vouchers are also subject to the Red Letter days Terms and Conditions please see www.redletterdays.co.uk for details.

The gift voucher will be sent to the landlord within 14 days from the date of the new tenancy of the property.
