We also adhere to the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2022, requiring smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in rental properties, and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, which impose additional requirements for high-rise buildings and HMOs.

All furniture provided by the landlord is checked at the start of the tenancy to ensure that it meets stringent fire safety standards, and we conduct regular electrical and gas safety checks.
