We’re now Cyber Essentials Certified

We’re now Cyber Essentials Certified

Security and Privacy is at the core of our Information Management Policy

After a successful audit through Paralogic IT (our Managed IT Provider) we are in-line with cyber-security guidance from Government.

What is the Cyber Essentials scheme?

Cyber Essentials is a UK government scheme supported by the NCSC (National Cyber Security Centre) sets out five basic security controls that can protect organisations against 80% of common cyber attacks.

The scheme is designed to help organisations of any size demonstrate their commitment to cyber security – while keeping the approach simple and the costs low.

The Cyber Essentials certification process is managed by the IASME Consortium (IASME), which licenses certification bodies to carry out Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications.

What are the benefits of working with an agent that has this accreditation?

“We’ve always had a strong focus on data security and privacy but we felt that this would give our clients extra confidence in how store and deal with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) . As part of the review we also looked at our cyber-security protocols and implemented extra digital contingencies. We’d definitely recommend any business to use a trusted IT Supplier to attain this certification – it really can help to prepare for the unexpected.” Sakis Caramanlis, Head of Marketing
