Sign up for our Concierge Postal Service and let Samuel Estates accept delivery of your packets, parcels, and signed-for items. Once signed up, you have your items delivered to our office.

Our service is available during office hours at our Colliers Wood branch in Abbey Mills:

• Monday – Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm

Terms and conditions:

1. You must have your name on the postal item followed by C/O Samuel Estates, 30, Watermill Way, London SW19 2RT
2. Fair Usage Policy Applies
3. Items must be picked up within 3 working days unless there is prior agreement (e.g. you are on holiday for a week etc)
4. We reserve the right to stop or withdraw the service at any time
5. Payment for the Service by Cash, Cheque or BACS Transfer
6. Samuel Estates accepts no liability for the state of your packages, i.e. damaged, broken inside, etc; you would have to take this up with your supplier direct
7. We will notify you by email when we receive an item
