Founded in 2004 by Nicholas Samuel, the business was built on a simple principle, to offer a more personal, honest, and accountable alternative to the traditional estate agency model.
Over the years, we have grown across London, expanding our presence to cover all the way into central London, Canary Wharf to the East, Hammersmith and Fulham to the West and Croydon to the South. This growth has come not from chasing volume, but from consistently delivering results and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Today, we act for homeowners, landlords, and investors across London and internationally, many of whom return to us time and time again.
