As a tenant I've had lots of bad experiences with estate agents in previous houses, I've often found that they tend to not care for the tennants and only work to the landlord's interests. Samuel estates were different in this and I found them very quick to respond to any issues or changes in the tenancy. Luisa in particular was amazing at managing our tenancy throughout.
