Samuel Estates was established in 2004, by Nicholas Samuel, opening the first office in Abbey Mills, Colliers Wood in 2006. Since then the company has grown steadily, with three offices in Southwest London. Our team has grown to over 20 people.

Over the years, we’ve helped countless people manage their property portfolios and start the next chapter of their property journey.
