• Property management services – we’ll work with you and your tenants to keep your property adequately managed. We’ll arrange annual safety checks and inspections to keep your property in tiptop condition. 
• Full marketing suite – when it comes to advertising your property, we’ll use professional photographers to create your listings and floorplans. You’ll receive high-quality promotion and marketing to put your properties in front of the right potential tenants.  
• Tenant vetting – we vet all our prospective tenants to save you any headaches further down the line.  
• Funds management – we’ll collect and transfer all rental payments every month.  
• Arrange routine repairs – we’ll save you time and effort by working with tenants to resolve any routine repairs.
