Samuel Estates was established in 2004 by Founder and Managing Director Nicholas Samuel, opening the first office in Abbey Mills, Colliers Wood in 2006. Since then the company has grown steadily both organically and by the acquisition of other independent estate agencies. We now have three offices including our Balham and Streatham. Our team has grown to over 20 people. We are proud to be independent and we are licensed and regulated on both our lettings and sales services.

As our existing clients have expanded their portfolios in and around London, we have grown to support them and offer our lettings and property management services across London and North Surrey. Our sales services are primarily offered in the local areas surrounding our offices.

They are the greatest asset we have. We all work together to achieve a common purpose: that’s to offer our clients an exceptional customer experience. Whether you are a landlord, a vendor, a tenant or a buyer, you will receive a professional, personal, and proactive service.
