Samuel Estates raises over £500 for the Royal Trinity Hospice
During Autumn, the team at Samuel Estates Colliers Wood hosted a stock drive to help support the Royal Trinity Hospice in London. Donations were taken across four days, and we managed to collectively raise over £500 (the totals are still coming in!).
As members of the Royal Trinity Hospices’ local business heroes scheme, we strive to champion charity in the local community and their great work.
Our first co-event went swimmingly, and we managed to get over 30 bags full of donations and even a suitcase in donations!
We want to thank all our team for their excellent job helping raise and catalogue the donations and of course, we’d also like to thank all the wonderful people who donated.
Molly Collard, Head of Fundraising at Royal Trinity Hospice London said, “We greatly appreciate the support of Samuel Estates, one of our Local Business Heroes, in organising last month’s stock drive to support Royal Trinity Hospice. The donations have been a fantastic boost to our shops’ stock ahead of the busy festive period. The money raised will help Trinity continue to offer completely free end-of-life and palliative care to people in our community.
On behalf of the whole Trinity Team, I would like to thank the Samuel Estates team, Nick, Sakis, Connie, Angela, Whitney and Jade, for making a real difference for our patients and their loved ones!”
“We are thrilled to be working with the Royal Trinity Hospice. The excellent work they do has a huge impact on supporting those who require care when they need it the most. We are very much looking forward to the next fundraising event.”
