Gold win for Samuel Estates at the British Property Awards
2023 is off to a great start for Samuel Estates, our fabulous lettings team at Streatham has just won The British Property Lettings Award for SW16.
The team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, focusing on customer service levels across 25 criteria against agents in the local markets.
We’ve also been shortlisted for several national awards, which will be announced shortly by the British Property Awards.
“I’m so proud of Ryan and the Lettings Team, and, thrilled that we won this award for the SW16 postcode. Streatham is a fantastic area to live in, and we are still seeing a huge demand for rentals in the area with no sign of slowing down. We hope that future tenants choose an independent and award-winning agent if they want to rent in the South West London region. Just as this award proves, our service is second to none. What are the British Property Awards
The British Property Awards provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition.
Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with this accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to their local marketplace.
What makes these property awards different?
The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers as they do not charge to enter. This has enabled their awards to be structured in a manner that ensures maximum participation, on average judging over 90% of agents that meet their minimum criteria on a local level.
The team at the awards personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria are periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.
Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said, “The awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards.
Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated over a prolonged period of time.”
“I’m delighted that we have achieved this award, the hard work the team puts in daily has truly paid off, we have achieved many successful lets over the past year. We always strive to offer a personal service by understanding our tenant’s needs and matching them with the right property. We find this is the winning strategy as the tenants tend to stay for longer and ultimately makes our client landlords’ trust Samuel Estates with their property and in sourcing the right tenant.”
