Our agency grows with another strategic acquisition this December
2020 has been a fantastic year for us in terms of growth for both our Sales and Lettings operations.
We’re delighted to share the news that we have acquired the portfolios of three estate agencies in 2020. The most recent being Keyhold Property of Dulwich Village this month (December 2020).
Red Property Services and Daniel James were also acquired earlier this year in March and April respectively.
“Although this year hasn’t been without its challenges, we’ve pushed forth with our growth plans. It goes to show that we are confident in our approach for success.”
Nicholas Samuel MARLA MNAEA, Managing Director, Samuel Estates.
It’s going to be a busy month welcoming our new client landlords to the agency. Exciting times are certainly ahead as we approach the end of the year with some much welcome positive news. It’s not been an easy year for our industry overall and the team has been very supportive throughout, enabling us to take bold direction and stay ‘on track’.
Strategic growth
Samuel Estates has been on a steady growth path since 2004, as Paul Ahearn, Operations Director goes on to say, “Acquiring other estate agencies isn’t just about stock and growth, we’ve been fortunate enough to grow our team and bring new talent into the business through these acquisitions – growing both our service offering and headcount.”
Katy Bowyer will also be joining the Samuel Estates family this month as our newest Property Manager having previously worked for Keyhold Property Management.
Proudly local and independent, Samuel Estates has always aspired to provide a consistent and excellent service delivered with integrity and passion, and we are pleased to support all our current (and new!) client Landlords with zeal and as we head toward 2021.
