We’ve had a great start to 2020 and are pleased to announce that Red Property Services have now merged with Samuel Estates as part of our newest acquisition.
With positive trends in the property market and buyer confidence increasing, additional stock into the business is enabling us to provide our lettings services to new landlords and tenants.
We look forward to maintaining the quality standards Red Property Services already provided to clients with some added Samuel Estates extras. Now, landlords and tenants will be able to manage their rental agreements and documents digitally, using our tenancy portal. It’s all part of our aim to make renting a smoother, simpler process for all involved.

Julie Matthews, who previously directed Red Property Services will also be joining the Samuel Estates team, heading up our Search and Acquisitions. She brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked across the UK and Hong Kong.
