Samuel Estates Receive GetAgent’s Top Performer Awards

Samuel Estates is very excited to announce that we have won 4 GetAgent Top Performer Awards for our Streatham (SW16, CR4) and Colliers Wood offices (SW19, SW16).

While these awards are a testament to our team’s outstanding performance, it would not be possible without the continued support from our community and clients. A big thank you from everyone at Samuel Estates!

Nicholas Samuel, our Managing Director, commented on the award saying “We all work together to achieve one common purpose – to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Thank you to our clients and team who’ve made this award possible.”

About the GetAgent Top Performer Award

GetAgent is the estate agent comparison website that pulls data from the Land registry and major property portals to determine the top performing agents in any given outward code (outcode) across England, Scotland and Wales. They do this by considering three core performance metrics for each agency:

  1. Average asking price achieved
  2. Number of properties listed in the past 6 months
  3. Average sale times

In order to qualify as Top Performers, an agency has to deliver outstanding results on each of these core metrics. That is why our team is extremely grateful to have received this award – as it reflects our continued dedication to our clients.

While our exceptional results are what sets us apart from other Estate Agents in Colliers Wood, Streatham and Balham, our client testimonials speak for our dedication to client service.
