About the GetAgent Top Performer Award
GetAgent is the estate agent comparison website that pulls data from the Land registry and major property portals to determine the top performing agents in any given outward code (outcode) across England, Scotland and Wales. They do this by considering three core performance metrics for each agency:
- Average asking price achieved
- Number of properties listed in the past 6 months
- Average sale times
